When I found out that I was pregnant the first thing that I did, after telling my husband of course (see previous blog entry), was to research midwives in my area. I found out that I luckily fell in the catchment area of five midwife clinics. Great luck! …and so the journey began. My hubby and I just got back from the Baby Times show in Toronto, yup keen’ers made a bee-line there the first day. I was determined eyeball each booth, learn about what all is out there for babies and get some advice from the pros. Also, enter a few contests, fingers crossed!  read more »
