I have heard over and over again about the importance of Tummy Time for your little one - not only to strengthen their neck muscles but also to help prevent flat head syndrome.
My little girl is getting stronger at tummy time, but I have to admit that it definitely is not her favourite thing to do, and she tends to spit up while she’s on her tummy, no matter how long after a feed we try. read more »
I think one of the number one concerns of a new parent has to be: ‘Is she too hot or too cold?’ not to mention ‘What should I dress her in to go outside?’ At least these have been the constant questions I’ve been asking myself as the weather here in Toronto has started to turn to winter. read more »
